Our goal is to clear snow within 12 hours after any given snowfall ends. However, our average completion time is 6-8 hours. Service times may vary based on the storm's severity, but we prioritize prompt and efficient snow removal to minimize any inconvenience.
We clear the ridge left by the city plow every time we service your driveway. We also clear a little extra space along the road on either side of your driveway. That way, when the city plow comes by, more of its snow lands there instead of across your driveway, so the ridge it leaves is smaller and easier to deal with. If you're still blocked in after we've been by, give us a call and we can come back for a per-visit fee.
Our team monitors weather forecasts to manage heavy snowstorms and back-to-back snow events effectively. We adjust our resources and timing to maintain service, though please expect some delays during severe conditions. Rest assured, your property will be serviced. Yes, VanGreen Lawn Care installs driveway and parking lot markers before the first snowfall to ensure efficient and accurate snow removal. We remove these markers at the end of the season.
